When Lamond Vet Clinic was first established in 1952, like most of the practices in the country at that time we were a mixed animal practice, which meant treating all manner of pets from dogs and cats, to cows and horses!
Over the years the business has grown significantly, and in 1993 we moved to our purpose built premises in Murieston. At that point we left behind the large animal aspect, and decided to specialise in treating domestic pets only, which has allowed us to fully develop our skills and gain decades of experience, to help make sure we continue to help the pets of West Lothian to the very best of our ability.
And over the years we have never lost the ethos we started with; which was to treat both our patients and you their owners with a caring, committed, patient and friendly manner, which after all, is how we’d all like to be treated.
We aim to provide you with all you’d expect from a modern veterinary practice. With 5 consulting rooms, a surgical theatre, a comprehensive in-house laboratory and a range of diagnostic imaging facilities on site, as well a as caring, friendly and dedicated team you can rest assured that if your pet isn’t 100%, we’ll do our best to help put things right as quickly as we can.
