Because we know your pet can become ill or suffer accidents at any time, Lamond Veterinary Clinic offers a 24hr emergency service every day of the year.

In the event of an emergency outwith normal surgery hours please phone the usual practice telephone number of 01506 461462, and follow the recorded instructions on how to contact the on-call vet.

Our fully qualified staff will provide free advice over the phone and advise whether you need to take your pet into the clinic for immediate treatment. Please don’t hesitate to call them if you’re at all concerned.

Why don’t we cover all the out of hours ourselves?

Our vets work hard each day to ensure your pet receives the best care we can provide. By working alongside Vets Now and West Vet to cover some of our out of hours emergencies it enables our vets and nurse to get a good night’s rest at nights and weekends so we can continue providing the high quality care during the day that we pride ourselves on.

Please be aware that because of the nature of out of hours emergencies, a night-time or weekend appointment will be more expensive than seeing a vet during usual hours. The on-call vet will be happy to discuss this with you before commencing any treatment.
